Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon

The open beta for Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands’ Ghost War PvP mode is almost upon us, with a new trailer showing off the competitive action players will face.

The Ghost War open beta runs from September 21st until September 25th, bringing with it five of the mode’s eight multiplayer maps and six of its 12 unique classes. These classes fall into categories of Assault, Marksman, and Support, which will make up the two teams of four going head-to-head in the mode’s deathmatch-style rounds. New PvP mechanics like suppressing fire and sound markers will also be featured in the mode, giving the competition a fresh, strategic edge.

A preload option for the open beta goes live across all three platforms on September 19th at 12 a.m. PT. The beta will be a stand-alone application, meaning that gamers do not need to own Ghost Recon Wildlands to take the Ghost War beta for a spin. More information on the mode can be checked out in the Ghost War Premiere livestream on September 19th at 9. a.m. PT.

Ghost War will launch free for Ghost Recon Wildlands players sometime later this fall.
