Bandai Namco has announced a new Godzilla game with a brief teaser trailer that shows the movie star monster wreaking havoc on a city.
Japanese magazine Famitsu reports that the game will feature multiple versions of Godzilla (including the most recent 2014 version), but will be based on the older movies from the 1950s, with a similar atmosphere, camera angles, and effects. Giving players a feeling of control over the classic films.
Godzilla is set to release in Japan on PlayStation 3 this winter. There’s no word on a western release.
