THE BUZZ: Gran Turismo 5 producer Kazunori Yamauchi has announced that update 2.05 for the game will be releasing this week.

The update will be available February 16 in Europe and North America, he revealed on Twitter. This latest patch will increase the stability of online play and fix a number of bugs.

EGM’s TAKE: The Gran Turismo team is still hard at work balancing and tweaking the game as well as working on new DLC. But our question is how long before the idea of Gran Turismo 6 starts getting thrown about? We believe that development is being geared towards the next generation of consoles considering how long it took to complete this one. Just how far with a sixth title push the boundaries of car shininess?

What fixes would you like to see in future patches? Let us know in the comments below.
