ArenaNet has announced that a patch, set to release later this month, will rectify an issue with loot drops in the game.

After investigating several complaints from users, the developer deemed that some of the rules used to determine loot eligibility were “unintentionally restrictive.” This issue will be fixed with the upcoming release of Flame and Frost: The Gathering Storm, later this month.

Also loot tables in certain areas will be updated to make some places more rewarding than others in the game, but you will have to wait until the patch notes release to find out where.
