ArenaNet has announced that it will be holding a stress test for its upcoming MMO, Guild Wars 2, next week.

The test is open to everyone who has taken part in recent beta weekends, and is designed to test how many players the server can handle at one time. It will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. PDT on June 27. To take part simply update your game client and log-in at the start time.

Characters won’t be wiped before the event so players can log-in and continue from where they left off last beta weekend.
