Halo 4 Multiplayer Dominion Mode Revealed–First Screens

A brand new multiplayer mode for Halo 4 has been revealed titled Dominion mode, it appears to share some characteristics with Battlefield’s Conquest mode.

Dominion sees teams vying for control of three territories on a map to score points. The interesting part comes when one team controls all three, at this point the game enters sudden death initiating a countdown, if the losing team doesn’t capture at least one of the points back before the timer runs out then the game ends.

Another interesting feature is that if you hold one territory for a while it will become upgraded over time granting access to vehicles, turrets, and shields to help you protect the base. You can check out some screenshots of the mode below.
