TGS 2011: Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary Includes Halo 2′s ‘Headlong’ Map

THE BUZZ: Microsoft announced at the Tokyo Game Show that a remake of the classic Halo 2 map, “Headlong” will come with Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary.
The large Halo 2 map will be updated and renamed “Breakneck,” but will also be available to play in its original form. 343 describes the map as:
“Section 21 once looked out onto the New Mombasa Orbital Elevator with pride and optimism. Now, with much of the city eviscerated by the Covenant’s brutal assault, the skyline remains only a shattered ghost of what it once was. Headlong provides a large, skyscraper-hemmed construction site with numerous vantage points for clever snipers as well as a large central basin for excellent vehicle combat. (8 – 16 players)”
EGM’s TAKE: The addition of a Halo 2 map to the game should quench the thirst of some fans who are desperate to hear of news of a Halo 2 HD remake. Or make it worse. We’re not sure which.
What other maps would you like to see remade?
