A listing on Nintendo’s servers points towards a potential HD remastering of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.
A team of hackers at WiiUBrew uncovered a listing which plainly reads, “The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD” on the company’s update servers. This comes on the heels of an image which was found on Nintendo’s network resembling the a home screen icon for Twilight Princess. As of right now, the region for the game is only listed for Japan.
It’s worth noting that there is a disclaimer at the top of the page which states, “This document can be edited by anyone with an account. Think about that for a second. Apologies to journalists.” Take the reveal with a grain of salt, but it’s easy to see that an HD rerelease of Twilight Princess would make sense since we otherwise won’t be seeing another console title for the series since the delay of the as-yet untitled Wii U Zelda game, which we might not even see until 2017.
