Blizzard is busy putting the finishing touches to Hearthstone ready for its release to the world in beta form, but there’s still a little bit of waiting left.
The team announced that all of the core features are now in place, but there’s still some bug fixing and interface tweaking left before its ready. “What that means is that we’re not days away from launching the beta, but we’re not months away either,” the developer wrote.
“At the Hearthstone announcement we committed to going into beta testing before the summer was over, and the team has been pulling out all the stops to make that happen.”
The beta will begin in North America, but will be expanded out to other territories shortly after. The initial testing pool may be small at first, but the devs plan to invite more and more people as the weeks go on, so don’t worry if you don’t get in straight away.
