THE BUZZ: Namo Kang, Project Manager at HanbitSoft, has stated that the team is considering developing a sequel to Hellgate: London.

The team is currently working on free-to-play Hellgate: Global after acquiring the IP from Flagship Studios. After the success of Global and the recent release of its first expansion pack Hellgate: Tokyo, GameBanshee asked Kang if there was any chance of seeing a direct Hellgate sequel. He replied:

“Of course we’ve considered developing a Hellgate sequel in-house. These talks are still developing and we’ll let you know over time.”

EGM’s TAKE: Hellgate has a massive following and a lot of fans are dying to hear news of a sequel, so you shouldn’t give up hope just yet.

Would you like to see a sequel?
