CI Games’ upcoming action-RPG Lords of the Fallen finally has a gameplay trailer, and it’s a rather length one complete with developer narration.

In the video (embedded below), executive producer Tomasz Gop takes viewers through almost eight minutes of gameplay while detailing the game’s battle system, world exploration, and lore. According to the video, the footage is from the pre-alpha version of Lords of the Fallen, but even in this stage it looks pretty decent. Gameplay is described Dark Souls–inspired in that battles are very difficult and require players to ramp up their combat skills not just in stats and power but in the execution of strategy as well.

Lords of the Fallen is slated to launch on WIndows PC, PS4, and Xbox One in the fall.
