Here are some of the changes being made to Battlefield Hardline following the beta

Posted on July 3, 2014 AT 02:28am

EA and Visceral have listened to your feedback on the recent Battlefield Hardline beta, and have shared some of the ways that the final game will be improved as a result.

“Even though the beta was just a small taste of the complete package we plan to deliver with Hardline, the amount of feedback we got from players around the world has been incredible and will help ensure we make Hardline a better game when it launches this October,” EA wrote.

“That’s why we’re happy to introduce you to the CMW – the Community’s Most Wanted. This is where we will outline some of the fixes and improvements we are making to Battlefield Hardline based on feedback we received during the beta and what we’re hearing from you. Yes, we are listening!”

Some of the changes include a 10 percent increase in movement speed, as well as a bonus 10 percent when running with a pistol, the removal of aim reticle movement while suppressed, and a slight nerf to the Survivalist gadget. Other changes include the addition of special vehicles on all maps and the addition of “weak spots” for heavy vehicles.

You can read the full list of planned changes here.

Battlefield Hardline is set to launch October 21 for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC.
