Daybreak Games has shared its short-term plans for H1Z1: Battle Royale on PlayStation 4.

To start with, Arcade Mode will be coming to the PlayStation 4 version of the game later this week, with the first iteration being “Shotties and Snipers.” As you can imagine, this game mode will restrict weapon spawns to just shotguns and snipers.

As well as this, Daily Challenges will be introduced soon to help players progress through the battle pass, and new weapons for short, medium, and long range encounters are in the works.

Finally, the developer confirmed that leaderboards will be added to the game with the release of Battle Pass Season 2.

H1Z1: Battle Royale is available now as a free download on PlayStation 4 and PC.
