Hide your wallet from PlayStation's Attack of the Blockbuster sale

The best part about sales like PlayStation Store’s Attack of the Blockbuster is that it’s a good excuse to pick up those games you always meant to play but never got around to buying. The worst part is that, despite the sales being great, it’ll still chew through your bank account.

This latest sale has something for everyone, whether you’re a fan of AAA shooters or smaller releases. PSVR is even getting some love, which is nice. There are no Vita sales, though.

Here are some of the choicest choices per platform:

PlayStation 4

  • Battlefield Anniversary Bundle – $49.99 (orig. price $99.99)
  • Call of Duty: WWII Digital Deluxe – $69.99 (orig. price $99.99)
  • God of War – $39.59 (orig. price $59.99)
  • Injustice 2 Legendary Edition – $35.99 (orig. price $59.99)
  • The Surge – $19.99 (orig. price $49.99)
  • Alien: Isolation Collection – $15.99 (orig. price $39.99)
  • Agents of Mayhem Total Mayhem Bundle $8.99 (orig. price $29.99)

PlayStation 3

  • Alien: Isolation – $11.99 (orig. price $29.99)
  • Persona 5 – $20.99 (orig. price $29.99)

PlayStation VR

  • Crisis on the Planet of the Apes – $9.89 (orig. price $14.99)
  • Until Dawn: Rush of Blood – $11.24 (orig. price $14.99)

You can check out the rest of the sales on the PS Store website. Happy spending!

That being said, if he's a fanboy, he's a fanboy for the game industry as a whole. Spit white-hot fanboy hate at him, trash talk his Gold II rank on Rocket League, or maybe just send him a cordial hello on Twitter @gogogoroff.
