Release Dates For Hitman: Absolution & Hitman: Sniper Challenge

Square-Enix has announced the official release date of Hitman: Absolution and its pre-order downloadable spin-off.

The game will launch worldwide November 20, while the pre-order exclusive bonus Hitman: Sniper Challenge is available to download from May 15 on Xbox Live and PSN, and August 1 via Steam.

“Agent 47 is the best in the business so it seemed appropriate to create the best pre-order reward possible for our fans,” said Jon Brooke, brand director of the Hitman franchise. “Hitman: Sniper Challenge is a way of thanking customers and giving them a taste of Agent 47′s skills from the moment they pre-order the game.”

That’s a pretty sweet pre-order deal, what makes it even better is the ability to get your Hitman fix months before the game actually launches. Don’t expect amazing things from the title, but it will certainly keep you occupied for a fair few hours. That said, the final shot in the trailer below makes us want this game right now.
