Hitman

Io-Interactive has announced that it will be releasing a free mission for Hitman on December 13th to help support World Cancer Research Fund.

The mission, titled “Holiday Hoarders,” is free to all owners of the game, but the developer asks that players donate to the charity, if they are able to.

“Cancer is something which affects everyone in one way or another at some point in their lives and we at IOI wanted to do something to help raise money for Cancer research,” Hannes Seifert, Studio Head at Io-Interactive, said. “We’re supporting World Cancer Research Fund by giving away some fun free Holiday content to all Hitman players and we ask you in return if you want to donate to a great cause, to give what you can via WCRF-UK.ORG/HITMAN.”

Holiday Hoarders uses the Showstopper mission as a base, but Paris has been overhauled with Christmas trees, decorations, and presents. Agent 47 is tasked with stopping two thieves who have broken into the fashion show to steal all of the presents.

“Feel free to open up some of the presents you find as some of the content will be handy to get the job done…..oh and listen out for the sleigh bells for a surprise guest, whose suit might come in handy…,” the developer teases.

Hitman is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
