Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number release window narrowed down to Q3 2014

Posted on January 28, 2014 AT 01:33pm

Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number will arrive on Windows PC, Mac, Linus, PlayStation 4, and Vita sometime this fall, developer Dennaton Games announced on the game’s official Twitter account.

“New stuff, old stuff, weird stuff and violent stuff all converging with some surprises,” reads a follow-up Tweet. “Should be worth the wait.”

Dennaton’s hyper-violent, Drive-inspired top-down action game arrived on PS3 and Vita around the same time the sequel was first announced mid-2013 (for more on the original game, you can check out Josh’s review of the PS3/Vita version). It was later revealed during Gamescom 2013 that Wrong Number would be launching on Windows PC, Mac, and Linux, as well as PS4, and Vita, originally targeting a Q1 or Q2 2014 launch.
