What better way to start the new year than with a fine batch of free games? Surely that?s Sony?s mentality, what with this pretty generous lineup of PlayStation Plus titles that?ll be available first thing January?all for freesies.

As mentioned in the headline, there?s Infamous: Second Son?s Fletch-starring DLC on PS4 and Prototype 2 on PS3. Joining them are The Swapper (PS4, PS3, Vita), DuckTales Remastered (PS3), Duke Nukem 3D: Megaton Edition (Vita, PS3), and Whoa Dave! (Vita, but with a PS4 version coming ?at a later date?).

All six games will be available for download for free if you?re PlayStation Plus subscriber starting January 6. If you?re not a PlayStation Plus member, you might want to strongly consider joining up in 2015?six free games every month is a hard bargain to pass up.
