Activision has registered four new domain names, all of which hint an some sort of new version of GoldenEye.

Those domains are: GoldenEyeReloadedGame.com, GoldenEye007GameReloaded.com, GoldenEyeReloaded007.com, and GoldenEye007Reloaded.com.

While we’d all love for this to be some sort of remake of the original N64 GoldenEye game, what would make much more sense is an updated version of GoldenEye 007, which hit exclusively for the Wii in 2010. Perhaps HD versions of the game for PS3 and Xbox 360? Maybe an updated version to be released next year along with the Wii U? There has also been some talk about a 3DS version of GoldenEye 007 – maybe that’s what this is?

For now, we’ll just have to speculate, and wait until Activision spills the beans.
