Injustice

The latest character reveal for Injustice 2 sparks up the current roster with the announcement of Firestorm.

The character’s reveal was featured in a video by the YouTube gaming group UpUpDownDown, headed by professional wrestler Xavier Woods, who got to visit developer NetherRealm Studios and take part in the reveal during an extensive tour of the studio. The new character finally shows up at about 7:45 into the video, when UpUpDownDown provides a gameplay demo of the fighter’s unique, range-based moveset.

The collection of confirmed characters for Injustice 2 has been on a steep incline lately, with three new fighters confirmed through one recent trailer alone, not to mention the regular announcements fans can expect from the developer that show off individual characters like Dr. Fate.

Injustice 2 is slated to launch May 16th on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, with a mobile version expected to drop around the same time.
