For those players looking to take their Hitman: Absolution experience to a new level, IO Interactive today announced the launch of Hitman: ICA, a new companion app for the game.
“Second-screen experience”—get used to those words, folks, because that’s the future. Playing games isn’t just about playing games anymore—it’s now about expanding and extending the way we interact and connect with those games.
Here, Hitman: ICA helps would-be (or seasoned) assassins everywhere get deeper into Hitman: Absolution, with the ability to track your career and gameplay statistics, evaluate your play style, and acquire new intel.
Another of the big facets to Hitman: ICA will be the connection it brings to Absolution‘s Contracts mode. Not only will you be able to search for new Contracts and have them tagged to auto-download in the game when you play it the next time, but you can also view and upgrade weapons or purchase new disguises while offline from Absolution.
Hitman: ICA is now free for both Apple iOS and Android devices.
