Is Dan Houser Currently Working on Grand Theft Auto V?

THE BUZZ: Dan Houser—vice president of creativity for Rockstar Games—is no doubt always busy working on new and upcoming projects for his company. But is one of those projects Grand Theft Auto V?
In the most recent issue of PlayStation: The Official Magazine, in a “PlayStation’s Ten Smartest Developers” feature, Houser comes in as their #4 choice. (To be clear, the developers aren’t in order of ranking.) As a part of his profile, Houser’s current project is listed as “Grand Theft Auto V”. This would make complete sense, as Houser has served as writer for almost all of the Grand Theft Auto titles since Grand Theft Auto: London, 1969.
EGM’s TAKE: Anybody who knows anything about video gaming knows that Rockstar will be releasing a Grand Theft Auto V at some point. Here’s the question we’ve got: Is this just PlayStation: The Official Magazine simply making a guess at what Houser’s current project is, or is this a sneaky bit of official confirmation?
