Mortal Kombat

A new fighter has been confirmed for Mortal Kombat 11‘s roster, and Sonya Blade will not be happy about it.

As revealed in a recent tweet, series villain Kano is the latest fighter revealed for Mortal Kombat 11‘s lineup, bringing the game’s confirmed number of playable characters up to 10. It is likely the character’s original reveal was planned for yesterday’s Mortal Kombat stream that was delayed due to the brutal weather conditions in the midwest, so developer NetherRealm had to settle on a less ceremonious unveiling.

In other MK11 news, NetherRealm recently confirmed that the game will have multiple endings. The ending a player gets will be determined by the choices they make throughout the campaign, but how exactly one goes about making these choices we have yet to find out.

Mortal Kombat 11 is slated to launch April 23rd on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. A Switch release is also planned, although it may be delayed.
