Ubisoft’s Jade Raymond, Naughty Dog’s Amy Hennig, and 343i’s Kiki Wolfkill are among Fortune  Magazine’s top 10 most powerful women in games.

Amy Hennig, of course, is best known for her work on the Uncharted series. Kiki Wolfkill serves as an executive producer for the Halo franchise at 343 Industries, and Jade Raymond is a managing director at Ubisoft Toronto. Fortune reports that she is currently working on a post-Black Flag Assassin’s Creed game.

“Aside from getting more women to view games as a positive career option for them, we need to support them in all areas of production, design, and development,” Wanda Meloni, founder of M2 Research, told Fortune. “Additionally, we need to work on pay equity and more positive mentoring activities.”

Also on the list are IndieCade CEO Stephanie Barish and International Game Developers Association executive director Kate Edwards. You can check out the full list and each woman’s respective biographical blurb at Fortune Magazine.

According to Wanda’s research, women make up less than 15% of the games industry, yet represent 46% of the 1.2 billion people playing video games worldwide.
