While it’s taken a while to come, Suda 51’s latest stylish action game Killer is Dead is finally set to hit PCs everywhere soon.

When is “soon,” you ask? May 23rd—which comes after a short delay from its originally announced release date of May 9th.

Yes, this comes a few months shy of a year since the game launched on the PS3 and Xbox 360. We can look at it from one of two angles: either getting angry over how short-changed PC gamers get sometimes when it comes to receiving versions of console titles, or glad that the tide seems to be changing, with more PC ports existing now versus even just a few years ago.

At the very least, PC players will be getting a special release of the game: Killer is Dead: Nightmare Edition. This brings a new difficulty called “Nightmare Mode”—which limits the attack types players can do for ever greater challenge—as well as a new Theater Mode and some bonus goodies thanks to the “Smooth Operator Pack”.
