Killzone: Shadow Fall multiplayer will be playable for free next week

Posted on February 28, 2014 AT 11:50am

Killzone: Shadow Fall’s multiplayer side will be available free to all for a week starting March 4, developer Guerrilla Games announced.

Just as it was the last time Guerrilla hosted an all-access Killzone multiplayer event, the single-player side will not be accessible to anyone who downloads the game. Pre-loading begins March 3 at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time (8:00 p.m. Eastern). The week-long free multiplayer will include special Warzones, new maps, Capture and Team DeathMatch modes, and Clan Community challenges.

A PlayStation Plus membership is still required to participate. A retail copy of Killzone: Shadow Fall, however, is not.
