Ubisoft’s latest trailer for Assassin’s Creed Unity highlights a lot of the new tech behind this year’s next-gen-only entry.

Narrated by the game’s creative director, Alex Amancio, we see mostly footage from previous trailers, but complemented by explanation and a few behind-the-scenes peeks at what went into aspects of the combat, world building, and even the facial scanning technology used in Assassin’s Creed Unity.

Amancio also points out that many of the advancements made in Unity would not be possible without the new consoles’ power and Ubisoft’s new Anvil engine. And even with all these advancements, some buildings in the game still took a year to complete their full interiors and exteriors.

Assassin’s Creed Unity launches Xbox One, PS4, and PC October 28.
