A Battlefield 4 update scheduled for Xbox One today has been delayed for an unspecified amount of time, developer DICE announced on the game’s official forum.
“We have rescheduled the Xbox One March 25 game update, and will get back to you when we have more information,” reads the locked thread. “Thank you for your patience!”
The PS4 update, however, launched today without a hitch, providing general stability improvements, fixing a crash caused by customizing vehicles, and tweaking a variety of weapon and gadget balance issues. The full list of update notes can be found on Battlelog.
Battlefield 4’s launch last year was and to varying degrees continues to be plagued by bugs and glitches affecting the game’s multiplayer mode, often resulting in crashes. Today’s update would be the latest in a series of regular, routine updates to stabilize the multiplayer since November 2013.
