Destiny

Destiny 2 will launch September 8th, 2017, according to a leaked poster reportedly from a GameStop in Italy.

Italian website Lega Network posted two posters from the store, and a third appeared on NeoGAF. The posters show three Guardians in an action pose with their helmets off and also mentions that there will be exclusive content on PlayStation 4, suggesting that Sony and Activision will be continuing their relationship.

A source has since confirmed to Eurogamer that the posters are indeed real and that a beta for the sequel will be available first on PlayStation 4 in June.

Bungie has previously confirmed that gear, items, and Eververse-related purchases and currency from the original Destiny will not carry over to the sequel. However, class, race, gender, face, hair, and marking selections for all characters that have achieved Level 20 and completed the Black Garden story mission will carry forward.

Destiny 2 is in development for Xbox One and PlayStation 4. A PC release is also rumored, but the developer is yet to confirm anything.
