Square Enix has released a new trailer for its upcoming action game Left Alive that introduces us to the game’s three main protagonists.
In the trailer below we get to meet young Ruthenian staff sergeant Mikhail, Nova Slava police force captain Olga, and Leonid, an ex-member of the rebel movement who has been sentenced to death for a murder he didn’t commit. All three characters have been designed by illustrator Yoji Shinkawa, who previously worked on the Metal Gear series.
“Left Alive tells a human story of survival from the perspective of three different protagonists during the devastating invasion set in war-torn Novo Slava in 2127,” the game’s description reads. “Experience the massive power gap between man and machine in pulse-pounding encounters: face off against powerfully armed troops, armored vehicles and towering mechs.”
Last month, Square Enix announced a $160 Mech Edition of the game that contains Left Alive’s Day One Edition, a Volk action figure, a hardback art book, and an exclusive SteelBook case.
Left Alive launches March 5th, 2019 for PlayStation 4 and PC.
