Lindsay Lohan Preparing to Sue Rockstar Over Grand Theft Auto V

Mean Girls actress Lindsay Lohan is preparing to sue Rockstar over the claimed use of her likeness in Grand Theft Auto V.

That’s according to TMZ, who report that Lohan’s lawyers are currently drafting a lawsuit against the developer that demands “serious money.” No official lawsuit has been filed at the moment, and it’s unknown exactly what part of the game Lohan’s lawsuit refers to.

There are a couple of instances in the game that could be Lohan’s target (via TMZ). The first is a mission where the player is tasked with escorting actress Lacey Jonas home to escape the paparazzi. The second is another mission where the player must photograph a red-headed actress in what resembles a fictitious version of the Chateau Marmont hotel, a place where Lohan regularly visits.

This isn’t the first time that someone has tried to sue Rockstar over Grand Theft Auto V. Back in October rapper Daz Dillinger claimed that Rockstar had used two of his songs in the game without permission.
