THE BUZZ: Lionhead Studios is currently looking for a principal programmer with MMO Unreal Engine and Xbox 360 experience. Could they be hiring for a new MMO?

According to the advert the successul candidate will be, ”a key contributor on an unannounced title”.

“The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys playing MMO games and has significant experience with the workings of a massive online multiplayer environment.”

It goes on to mention that applicants need to have shipped at least one MMO as a network programmer and Xbox 360/Xbox Live experience is desired.

EGM’s TAKE: Could there be a Fable MMO in the works for Xbox 360? Or is this just for prototyping purposes?
