If you’re looking to upgrade your Xbox One but aren’t yet ready to take the plunge with the Xbox one S, then you’re in luck. Microsoft has just announced four new Xbox One S bundles that will be arriving in stores in the coming weeks.
Each of the four bundles costs $279, and comes packed with a 500 GB Xbox One S and an Xbox Wireless Controller. Depending on the bundle, you’ll also get some combination of Xbox Live Gold Time, Xbox Game Pass time, and a game or two.
First up is the Xbox One S Starter Bundle, which doesn’t come with a game but does provide the most time with Microsoft’s other game services. With this bundle, you’ll get three months of Xbox Live Gold and three months of the Xbox Game Pass, providing plenty to play even without a game included.
Next up is the Xbox One S Ultimate Halo Bundle, which comes with full-game download codes for Halo 5: Guardians and Halo: The Master Chief Collection, 14 days of Xbox Live Gold, and a one month subscription to the Xbox Game Pass.
The third bundle unfortunately won’t be releasing in the United States, but could still possibly be ordered from a different market. The Xbox One S Rocket League Blast-Off Bundle comes with a download code for Rocket League, a three month subscription to Xbox Live Gold, and one month of Xbox Game Pass.
Finally, there’s the Xbox One S Minecraft Complete Adventure Bundle. This comes with Minecraft, just in time for the Better Together upgrade, and several add-ons. The included Minecraft Explorer’s pack combines the Chinese Mythology Mashup, Natural Texture Pack, Biome Settlers Skin Pack, Battle and Beasts Skin Pack, and the Campfire Tales Skin Pack. In addition to that, you get a second game in the form of all eight chapters of Minecraft: Story Mode Season 1 – The Complete Adventure. This bundle also comes with three months of Xbox Live Gold and one month of the Xbox Game Pass.
Microsoft hasn’t specified when these bundles will be released, but we can expect them in time for the holiday season.
