Capcom has announced the official release date for Lost Planet 3 in North America and Europe.

The game will release for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on June 25 in North America and June 28 in Europe. The game was originally earmarked for an early 2013 release, but that’s not going to happen now.

Lost Planet 3 is being developed by Spark Unlimited and is a prequel to the events of the first game. You can check out a new trailer for the game below.
