Madden NFL

Madden NFL 17 has predicted the winner of Super Bowl LI, and it’s a squeaker.

With weekly updated stats based on real-life NFL performances, an insane physics engines, and a poor taste in commercials, Madden 17 is the program best suited to simulate and predict the winner of the Super Bowl. The game put the New England Patriots on top, winning at the very end in a come-from-behind victory against the Atlanta Falcons. The predicted score of the game will be 27-24.

While not as fun as another football prediction system I know of, Madden has been accurate several times in the past. Two years ago, it predicted the winning team and the score of the Super Bowl. Scary.

Personally, I’d prefer to see the Falcons win it—but that’s just because they took my Seahawks out of the running.
