We already knew who the seven top-rated players in Madden NFL 19 were going to be, and now we know how the rest of the league looks in EA Sports’ football sim. The developer has revealed the rest of Madden NFL 19‘s player ratings, as well as some new attributes that count towards those numbers.
According to Sporting News, reigning Super Bowl champs the Philadelphia Eagles have a received a major enhancement after winning the big one, including having the most players rated in the 90s and 80s. That puts them at the top of the list, followed by the New Orleans Saints, New England Patriots, Atlanta Falcons, and Jacksonville Jaguars rounding out the top five. The five worst teams, according to Madden 19, are the Miami Dolphins, Buffalo Bills, Indianapolis Colts, Arizona Cardinals, and New York Jets.
Madden 19 has made player ratings even more specific and accurate by including a dozen new attribute categories. These include Short Route Running, Medium Route Running, Deep Route Running, Run Block, Run Block Power, Run Block Finesse, Pass Block, Lead Block, Pass Block Power, Pass Block Finesse, Throw Under Pressure, and Break Sack. Each of these ratings specifies a player’s rating based on different moments that will occur over the course of a single game and should have a much more interesting impact on gameplay and strategy overall.
You can check out the extensive list of player ratings for yourself and start planning your Ultimate Team when Madden NFL 19 launches on August 10th for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
