Mario, finally deciding he’s tired of Bowser’s crap, has gone out and gotten himself a new toy: a portal gun.

This video by Maurice1000 shows a mod he’s working on for the original Super Mario Bros., where Mario will now have access to a said Portal gun aim-able via the mouse. We’ll have to wait and see how well it works out, but for now, it promises some interesting possibilities.
