Nintendo has added a new mode, a new challenge, and a new opening movie to Mario Tennis Aces in the latest update.

The highlight of this update is the new Ring Shot game mode that challenges players with getting as high a score as possible by aiming at rings that appear during the rally.

In addition, Yoshi’s Ring Shot challenge is now live until June 1st. In this variation, players can earn four times as many points by shooting through a ring that is the same color as the Yoshi being controlled. Players can acquire pink, blue, and orange Yoshis by taking part in this mode.

Finally, the update adds a new opening movie to the game’s Adventure Mode that stars Wario and Waluigi.

Mario Tennis Aces is available now on Nintendo Switch.
