Marvel vs Capcom

NeoGAF user “Ryce,” who has previously leaked several other pieces of information regarding Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite, has revealed the game’s full roster.

The 28 strong roster includes Chun-Li, Dante, Nemesis, Doctor Strange, Nova, and Thanos. However, a number of big names, including the X-Men, Fantastic Four, Pheonix Wright, and Jill Valentine are no where to be seen. Take a look at the full line-up below:

Capcom

  • Arthur
  • Chris
  • Chun-Li
  • Dante
  • Firebrand
  • Jedah
  • Monster Hunter
  • Morrigan
  • Nemesis
  • Ryu
  • Spencer
  • Strider Hiryu
  • X

Marvel

  • Ant-Man
  • Captain America
  • Captain Marvel
  • Doctor Strange
  • Gamora
  • Hawkeye
  • Hulk
  • Iron Man
  • Nova
  • Rocket/Groot
  • Spider-Man
  • Thanos
  • Thor
  • Ultron

Ryce notes that he’s not sure if Rocket/Groot is just Rocket Raccoon with Groot assisting or a redesigned character that combines the two. He also mentions that the final Capcom character is currently unknown, but it’s expected to be Frank West from Dead Rising.

This lines up with a post by user “SaikyoBro” who says that the game will have have 28 characters at launch and that one of the game’s DLC characters will be a returning fighter from Marvel vs. Capcom 2. Capcom has previously confirmed that six DLC characters will be added to the game after launch.

Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite launches September 19th for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
