Mass Effect 3 and Kingdoms of Amalur Cross-Promotion Details

THE BUZZ: EA has announced a cross-promotion concerning the demos of Mass Effect 3 and Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning.
Play either demo and you will unlock some special bonuses in the opposite retail edition. For instance if you play the Mass Effect 3 demo, in Reckoning you will obtain some Omni-Blade daggers and an older version of the N7 Armor. Play the Reckoning demo and you will unlock the Reckoner Knight Armour and Chakram Launcher in Mass Effect 3.
EGM’s TAKE: This is a clever move by EA as it ensures that people download and play their demos the whole way through in order to obtain the items, which will hopefully lead to more sales.
