Mass Effect 3 ‘Leviathan’ Hits The DLC Trough In Late August
Posted on August 15, 2012 AT 11:14am
Even though you probably already know everything there is to know about it, Mass Effect 3: Leviathan is still coming to Earth—as if we don’t know all its mysterious secrets. For the 57 percent of you who haven’t even finished the game yet, the single-player DLC update will arrive for PS3, Xbox, and PC on August 28th.
If you’re part of the large Mass Effect 3 club that hasn’t run through the game three times already, waiting a couple of weeks will probably be best if you’ve been sitting on the sidelines.
However, if you’re a PS3 owner in Europe, you’ll have to save your digital dollars and sit tight for an extra day—’Leviathan’ won’t release for that specific console until August 29th.
Despite the sizable amount of free DLC, this will be just the third main storyline addition for Mass Effect 3, with ‘From Ashes’ and the ‘Extended Cut’ preceding it. If you’re still not playing ME3 because you don’t like the ending, then I don’t know what to tell you—that ship has already sailed, come back to dock, and sailed again.
