EA has announced that BioWare’s Mass Effect series is getting a trilogy box set release on all platforms, meaning that for the first time the original Mass Effect is heading to PlayStation 3.
The Mass Effect 3 Trilogy will set fans back $59.99 and is set to release November 6 for Xbox 360 and PC, no official date was given for the PlayStation 3 version. It’s unknown whether the trilogy will see a release in Europe, but I don’t see a reason why it wouldn’t.
The original Mass Effect was first released for Xbox 360 back in 2007, and the latest entry, Mass Effect 3, came out earlier this year.
