BioWare and EA have confirmed the official release date of the Mass Effect Trilogy on PlayStation 3, and confirmed a European release on all formats.
The trilogy will hit the U.S. first for Xbox 360 and PC on November 6, followed up with a European release on November 9. PlayStation 3 players can get in on the action on December 4 in the U.S. and December 7 in Europe. The trilogy will set you back $59.99 and signals the first time that the original Mass Effect has been available for PlayStation 3.
BioWare has promised that a standalone version of Mass Effect and a digital version will be released for PlayStation 3 players who already own the two sequels. As well as the three games the trilogy also includes DLC for all three games.
