Max: The Curse of Brotherhood pencils in an April 9 release date for Xbox 360

Posted on March 17, 2014 AT 11:25am

Max: The Curse of Brotherhood, Press Play’s 2.5D reimagining of their 2010 Wii platformer, is coming to the Xbox 360 April 9, Microsoft Studios VP Phil Spencer announced today on Twitter.

Press Play’s platformer debuted on Xbox One late last year, on December 20. Gameplay blends elements of physics-based platforming with puzzle solving by using Max’s magic marker to color in vines or columns or pathways for snaking water torrents.

For more on The Curse of Brotherhood, you can check out my review, in which I breakdown how Max is a competent platformer, but not a very remarkable one.
