Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance DLC Teased

By
Posted on February 25, 2013 AT 11:47am

The official Platinum Games blog contains details about Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance’s first three add-ons.

Rising’s first DLC pack adds 30 more VR missions and the Snake Soul wooden sword, which as the name implies is possessed by Solid Snake’s soul. The disembodied Snake will be voiced once more by David Hayter. Revengeance’s first add-on will also feature some side-scrolling action.

The second wave of Metal Gear Rising DLC gives Jetstream Sam his own adventure. No other details, but the screenshots do show Sam taking on cyborg ninjas and a Metal Gear Ray.

And last but not least, obligatorily bizarre content for Metal Gear Rising: an expansion starring Bladewolf, Raiden’s robot dog companion.

No word yet on when Konami and Platinum Games will release the MGR DLC.
