Metal Gear Solid HD Vita Dated

THE BUZZ: It appears that Metal Gear Solid HD on the Vita may be set for a worldwide release.
Konami has announced that the collection will come to Vita in the West during the latter part of June. The release date in Japan is set for June 28, so we expect the game to launch during the same week in both the U.S. and Europe.
The collection contains HD versions of Metal Gear Solid 2 and Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker is not included in the Vita version of the collection.
EGM’s TAKE: There are a lot of Vita owners very excited about snapping necks and hiding in boxes while on the move. The games look just as good as they do on consoles which is a real testament to the handheld’s power. We’d love to see more HD collections make the jump to Vita. The loss of Peace Walker isn’t major, as it’s by far the weakest of the three games.
