Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker HD gets 4 player co-op
Posted on September 5, 2011 AT 01:13am

THE BUZZ: Hideo Kojima has today confirmed that Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker HD will support four player online co-op.
The Metal Gear creator published a picture showing the game running on four screens, however he didn’t mention if the game would support split screen. He posted on Twitter:
“Final co-op on “MGS PW” HD collection. By using infrastructure mode connection (via PlayStation Network/XBOX Live),”
“4 people can co-op and it is 60 frames. During loading, characters’ dialogues pop up at random.”
The game will arrive as part of the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection alongside Metal Gear Solid 2 and Metal Gear Solid 3.
EGM’s TAKE: Including online co-op in a console version of Metal Gear Solid could prove a fantastic move by Kojima and his team and could really help the collection sell.
