Metal Gear Solid series creator Hideo Kojima announced last night that Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes and Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain are both coming to PC via Steam.

During a gameplay demonstration via Twitch, Snake was seen getting into a cardboard box with the Steam logo on it when the announcement was made. Earlier in the day, Konami’s European press site accidentally revealed the announcement before removing any trace of it.

No release date was offered for either title, only that Ground Zeroes would be released first.

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is also coming to PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One in 2015, and Ground Zeroes was released for the same four platforms earlier this year.
