Metro Last Light

Metro: Last Light‘s third DLC add-on, the “Developer Pack,” will hit PSN, Xbox Live, and Steam next week, publisher Deep Silver announced today.

According to a post on the official Metro website, the Developer Pack includes a shooting range “Test” level with marksman challenges (for which every gun in the game is available), an AI battle arena, and a “museum” that allows players to “get up close and personal to our mutants and key NPCs.”

Last Light‘s third DLC also adds a “substantial solo mission” called the “Spider’s Lair,” which is described as “pure survival horror.”

“The ‘Spider’s Lair’ is pure survival horror, Metro style—it combines all of our limited resource mechanics to pile pressure on the player,” reads a post on the official website. “You’ll be frantically wiping gore from your cracked mask, and hunting for spare filters as your oxygen ticks relentlessly down. The flamethrower’s fuel tank needs to be constantly cranked to maintain pressure, and you’ll need your torch on full beam at all times…”

Metro: Last Light‘s Developer Pack launches on PSN, Xbox Live, and Steam September 17 in North America and on PSN in Europe September 18.
