Metro: Last Light Developer Pack DLC Now Live

Posted on September 18, 2013 AT 12:21am

The Developer Pack for 4A Games’ Metro: Last Light is now available to download, allowing players to test out all of the game’s weaponry and create their own deathmatches in the AI Arena.

The DLC allows players to experiment with all of the game’s guns and attachments, while completing challenges, in the Shooting Range. Players can also pit man against beast (or man against man / beast against beast) in the AI Arena. Finally, players can visit the Metro Museum to examine all of the game’s player models.

As well as these new features, the Developer Pack also adds a new single-player level called The Spider’s Nest, and, as you probably guessed, it’s an arachnophobics nightmare. The level sees you making your way through spider nests while taking on several spider enemies, with the help of your new flame thrower.

The Developer Pack is included in the game’s Season Pass, for everyone else it will set you back $3.99 on PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. The game’s final DLC pack, Chronicles Pack, will be available later this month and adds three new missions to the game, which see you take control of supporting characters Pavel, Anna, Khan, and Ulman.
